What happens first?

The first step is meeting face to face and discussing the project. We love to check out the site if that’s possible and then just chat a little. This first meeting is part fact finding mission, part get to know each other date. Let’s make sure we vibe because we will spend a lot of time together.

 

Contract

The next step is the contract. We will send our contract to you to read and review. The contract outlines things like what MLM does and does not do, terms of payment, special order details, photography, etc. You sign the contract and send it back to us.

 

Retainer

There will be a retainer required to commence work on your project. Together with the contract this tells us it’s time to get this party started! We accept etransfer for the retainer which, incidentally, is how we accept monthly payments.

How often do you invoice?

Invoices will be emailed to you monthly and are payable up on receipt. MLM is fastidious in keeping detailed records of how we spend our time engaged in your project details, and those particulars are included in your monthly invoice.

 

Do I get discounts by working with you?

Working with MLM means that you have access to many trade only suppliers so you can be sure you’re getting the best bespoke and unique products at the best prices, and that you won’t have the same decor as your neighbours.
